How do I check that your company is legitimate before I let anyone in my house?
Please do check. Ask us for our business name and address, then look us up yourself. You can search Ohio business filings online, call your county consumer office, or read what other people have posted without our involvement. Any honest shop expects that question. How soon can somebody come out?
Depends on where you are and how the week is running. Call us and we'll tell you the truth about the next open window instead of a vague promise. Some jobs need a part ordered first, which adds a step. We'll say so on the phone rather than after we're standing in your kitchen.
Which parts of Ohio do you actually reach?

Does hard water around here wreck appliances faster?
It doesn't help. A lot of Ohio well and municipal water carries heavy minerals, and that scale builds up in dishwasher spray arms, water heater elements, and ice maker lines. We see it constantly.
